order based on product availability. If a product availability
issue does arise, you will be contacted within 2 business days of

Conflict Resolution |

By placing an order
with Knitters Dream, the customer agrees this Agreement shall
be governed in all respects by the laws of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania without regard to its conflict of laws provisions, and
the Customer (purchaser of Yarn, Yarn accessories and other gifts) and the seller (Knitters
Dream)
agree that the sole venue and jurisdiction for disputes arising from
this Agreement shall be the appropriate state or federal court with
jurisdiction over Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, the registered
office of Knitters Dream, and the Customer and seller hereby
submit to the jurisdiction of such courts. |
