We will be using
this page to display projects ..
WHAT IS
MATILDA WEARING: This is our new project page. We have Matilda!
Matilda is an antique mannequin that belongs to Deb. She was given this
by her grandmother. Matilda has been residing here – naked as she was –
so we decided to dress her to show you some of our projects. Keep an
eye on Matilda in our project’s page and she will be sporting some of our
latest models!
New for the month of January, we are
showing off our felted boots made by Linda. Sure to keep your feet
warm, these boots are fun to make and fun to wear!

They were so much fun to make, Linda made them for both
her girls. They've already picked out combinations for their next
pair! Thanks Nana.

Nana's been felting her little heart out! She also made
the felted clogs pictured here. You can see the boots, new sweaters,
and yarns at the shop! See you there!

We are replacing
Matilda with a few projects we're
working on for 4-H projects.. First we have a patterned
sweater made with many colors creating a
pattern of mosaics and stars. At one point there were actually 16
different bobbins on the needles! Ash did such a good job modeling, it won
first place at the Farm Show.

Also month we have a
sweater hand knit by our Ashley for her little sister Madi. Madi
loves chickens and this little sweater was just what Madi ordered.
Made with Plymouth wild flower, Berroco Comfort, and Plymouth Dreambaby.
It too won first place!

Our final new project for this
month is a result of us experimenting with chemistry. Since
we home-school, we decided to make chemistry fun and work
with hand-dying self-striping yarn which Ashley then knit socks
with on the antique sock machine!

New last month is another
Knitters Dream creation by Linda. A honeycomb jacket kit which our
very own Madi is sporting. You can find these kits in our store as
well.
