Below are pictures of the beautiful shawl Ashley made for the 2009 Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival.  After preparing her design, she had to calculate the warp to hand dye the yarn and weave the shawl.  Her goal was to create a shawl that looked like a beautiful sunset.  I think she did a fabulous job!  Looks like a beautiful sunset to me!
